Our web platform offers digital tools to track and manage cleaning operations; access requires user registration (email and password).

3. Registration and User Accounts

  1. Any individual may create an account using a valid email address and a chosen password.

  2. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and agree to:

    • Keep your password confidential.

    • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

  3. If you share or compromise your credentials, JAUS Property LLC is not responsible for any misuse or mismanagement of your account.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use our platform solely for generating and managing reports of the services provided. You agree not to:

  • Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software.

  • Use the platform for purposes other than those expressly permitted.

  • Access the platform through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent.

5. Fees and Payments

  • The platform itself does not process payments or handle billing.

  • All service quotations and payment arrangements are made directly under your service contract with JAUS Property LLC, outside of this website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and documentation on the platform are the exclusive property of JAUS Property LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our prior written permission.
